At Indigo Antiques, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique home treasures. If a piece does not perfectly complement your space, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and photos of the item to begin the return authorization process.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the antique in its original crating and protective materials to ensure safe transit back to our gallery.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Once approved, we will coordinate a specialized white-glove courier to collect the item from your residence at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our curators inspect the item's condition upon arrival, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
