Anglo Indian Camphor Campaign Chest Of Drawers - Ca 1920
This Anglo Indian campaign chest is made from camphor wood as is classic of the style although slightly unusual with the two smaller top drawers. Made in India in the early 20th century with brass handles flush to the wood and brass corners.
Lovingly restored in our Wiltshire workshops. As this is an early 20th century chest, there is still a rich smell of camphor wood remaining.Ā
This campaign chest is an excellent example of the style.
